Deploying Tailscale automatically to new Proxmox VMs

One issue I've found with using Proxmox is that there isn't much documentation about setting hostnames based on the web VM name, or ensuring Proxmox functions properly with it. But after doing some research I managed to find out how to solve this issue that was being faced allowing for quick and easy deployments of hosts.
